UNICALAND is one of the university housing projects funded following the selection process launched by the Ministry of Universities and Research through Ministerial Decree No. 481 of February 26, 2024, for the allocation of co-financing on a management account basis for projects aimed at creating housing for university students, to be disbursed under Mission 4, Component 1, Reform 1.7 “Reform of student housing legislation and investments in student housing” of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (known as the PNRR).
